Petition requested by Fatimah Sultan, daughter of the late Muhammad Sadiq Bayg from Shiraz and wife of the late Muhammad Karim Bayg, asking Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Muhammad Ja‘far al-Musavi to assign someone as the guardian for her underage children named ‘Ali Aqa, Khanum Zinat, and Khanum Shawkat; the receiver of this petition replies with assigning Fatimah Sultan as the children's guardian and her brother, Aqa ‘Abbas Khan, as the supervisor.

Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, the gardener of Salar al-Saltanah, passed away and Salar al-Saltanah was supposed to pay a stipend for his three under aged children, but had not paid anything at the time of writing. Mirza Muhammad ʻAli's wife asked the police and was referred to the Ministry of Justice. They asked her to bring proof to confirm that she was the legal guardian of the children and Shaykh ʻAli Akbar, the prayer Imam, confirmed that she is their guardian. Petition by Mulla Karim's wife
Petition by the wife of Mulla Karim ‘Attar (herbalist) from Marand to Hujjat al-Islam regarding Shaykh Manaf, who had deprived the wife of Mulla Karim's brother from her mahr and rights, demanding that she should have proof of marriage while they had been married for 40 or 50 years. After Mulla Karim's death, Shaykh Manaf also deprived his wife, the petitioner, from her rights and assigned Dadashi from Huchqan as the guardian of her underage daughter. Then, they divided the child's share of inheritance between themselves.
